Us
Judy Dougall
As a stay at home Mom, I enjoyed raising three children. Once they
started moving out, however, I needed to fill my life with another
heartfelt purpose. After quitting my part time position at our church, I
headed for Costa Rica for one month to certify as a yoga teacher. Since
then, the passion for learning has never stopped!
Heartfelt Therapies began rather humbly, with yoga classes held in
church basements. The practice has evolved and expanded, requiring a
dedicated, renovated space on the home farm near Exeter, Ontario. This
location allowed me to stay available to our farming activities as my
venture continued to grow.
My passion for diversity and service has made me surprisingly visible in
our community. Numerous people have questioned what I am going to become
involved in next. I do not know where this part of my life is headed,
but hopefully it is guided by spirit, the awareness of life energy,
divine individuality, and creativity. I want whatever I do to be offered
with peace, joy, and unconditional love at the Heart of it all.
